近年来部分高水平高职高专升格成为应用型本科院校后,基本上在延续专科高职院校鲜明的职业教育办学特质优势,而对本科教育的内涵并不明确,对实施本科层次职业教育教学仍处在探索阶段,并没有形成体系。培养定位与企业需求脱节,动画人才培养模式不能很好地适应市场需求。很多到动漫公司的毕业生,都要经过半年左右的培训才能胜任工作,同时创新能力和可持续发展能力欠缺。实践性教学体系尚未建立,培养机制缺失,动画专业教育与动画产业脱节。本文以应用型本科院校动画专业为研究对象,从人才培养定位、师资队伍、课程体系、教学模式四个方面进行研究,探索提高动画专业教学质量的有效教学模式改革方案。

Many graduates of animation companies have to go through about six months of training to be competent in their work. At the same time, their ability to innovate and to develop sustainably is lacking. Practical teaching system has not yet been established, the lack of training mechanism, animated professional education and animation industry out of line. This article takes the animation major of applied undergraduate as the research object, and studies from four aspects of personnel training orientation, faculty, curriculum system and teaching mode, and explores the effective teaching mode reform program to improve teaching quality of animation major.
