胰腺弹性硬蛋白酶是一种能水解弹性硬蛋白、酪蛋白、纤维蛋白及白蛋白的蛋白水解酶,有Ⅰ、Ⅱ两种同工酶。该酶在胰腺腺泡合成,以酶原形式通过腺管分泌,由胰蛋白酶激活。实验表明弹性硬蛋白酶可破坏血管壁,消化弹性组织,导致间质出血,在急性胰腺炎的发病机理中有重要作用。本文比较了急性和慢性胰腺炎时血清弹性硬蛋白酶Ⅰ浓度的改变,并结合血清α-淀粉酶活性进行探讨。作者采用日本Dainabot Co.Ltd 出品的弹性
Pancreatic elastase is a proteolytic enzyme that hydrolyzes elastin, casein, fibrin, and albumin. It has two isozymes, I and II. This enzyme is synthesized in the pancreatic acinus and is secreted by the glands in the form of zymogen and activated by trypsin. Experiments show that elastin can damage the vascular wall, digestion of elastic tissue, leading to interstitial hemorrhage, in the pathogenesis of acute pancreatitis has an important role. In this paper, we compared the change of serum elastase I concentration in acute and chronic pancreatitis and discussed the activity of serum α-amylase.
