The incidence of bacterial intraocular infection after the various reports vary, generally considered nearly 1%. In the past 40 years, due to the improvement of aseptic techniques and preventive measures, the surgical instruments have become finer and the operation procedures have been more meticulous. The development and application of antibiotics has also decreased. However, the infection rate still accounts for 0.1-0.2% of intraocular surgery. Once the infection occurs, the consequences are extremely serious. Despite the use of multiple antibiotics and various routes of administration, the results are often poor, and even some have undergone ocular debridement or enucleation. To prevent and control this serious complication, the relevant foreign materials, especially the prevention and treatment progress are summarized as follows for reference. First, the cause of infection The most common bacteria in ocular infections are Staphylococcus aureus, followed by Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Streptococcus pneumoniae, Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, deformation
