针对苏州联通本地马可尼传输网历经十余年的运行,设备老化、单盘故障率高的问题,结合全网设备替换工程,通过有效合理组网,解决了上述矛盾,优化了本地传输网,为苏州联通的后期发展提供了更可靠的基础网络。
