目前,西德开采的烟煤全部入选,由于地质条件复杂,开采费用高,要求采矿工业大力改进分选作业。随着采煤机械化的发展,原煤含矸量以及细粒级和超细粒级煤量显著增加,要求选煤厂调整分选工艺和分选设备。近20年来,大处理量、高效大型设备得到了发展。由于这些大型设备连续运转时工作可靠,故而设计了单一系统的选煤厂。现所从事的研究工作主要侧重于发展动筛跳汰机;块、末煤跳汰机优化;发展无机械搅拌器的充气式浮选机;浮选精煤脱水用的加压过滤机优化。
At present, all bituminous coal mined in West Germany has been selected. Due to the complex geological conditions and the high cost of mining, the mining industry is required to make great efforts to improve the sorting operation. With the development of mechanization of coal mining, the content of coal gangue and the amount of fine-grained and ultrafine-grained coal increase significantly, requiring the coal dressing plant to adjust the sorting process and sorting equipment. Over the past 20 years, large-capacity, high-efficiency large-scale equipment has been developed. Due to the reliable operation of these large machines in continuous operation, a single-system coal preparation plant was designed. Now engaged in the research work mainly focused on the development of the sieve jig; block, the end of jig optimization; the development of mechanical stirrer inflatable flotation machine; flotation of coal dewatering pressure filter optimization.
