在新医改的背景下,我国对医院的管理水平提出了更高的要求,使医院能通过自身的经营活动而服务于社会。在这种客观要求下,医院就需要改变管理思路,以维持自身的发展。预算管理作为管理活动中的一项重要内容,对医院的日常运营活动有较大影响。本文通过分析当前医院预算管理存在的主要问题,探讨新医改背景下医院的预算管理思路。
In the context of the new medical reform, our country has set higher requirements on the management level of hospitals so that hospitals can serve the society through their own business activities. Under such objective requirements, hospitals need to change their management thinking in order to maintain their own development. Budget management, as an important part of management activities, has a great impact on the daily operations of the hospital. This article analyzes the main problems existing in the hospital budget management and discusses the hospital budget management ideas under the new medical reform.
