我们根据血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ(简称AT_Ⅱ)的浓度将原发性高血压分为三型(高肾素型、正常肾素型、低肾素型),并按分型进行治疗,疗效较好。现报道如下。 一、资料与方法 分组:(1)分型治疗组(简称治疗组)40例,按AT_Ⅱ分型治疗。本组男32例,女8例;年龄最小30岁,最大67岁,41～50岁27例占67.5％;
