介绍了抚顺石油化工研究院开发的加氢精制、加氢精制 临氢降凝、最大柴油十六烷值改进 (MCI)、中压加氢改质 (MHUG)等四种工艺技术的特点 ,以及上述工艺应用于劣质柴油生产清洁柴油的结果。以加工鲁宁管输原油为例 ,对四种工艺加工柴油的方案进行了技术经济指标对比。加氢精制与加氢精制 临氢降凝工艺处理后柴油硫含量为 0 .0 4 % ,平均十六烷值 4 5,仅能满足目前的产品质量要求 ;而MCI和MHUG工艺的柴油硫含量为 0 .0 2 % ,平均十六烷值达 50以上 ,尽管投资有所提高 ,但生产灵活性高 ,可满足当前及今后一段时期的清洁产品的要求。
This paper introduces the characteristics of four process technologies developed by Fushun Research Institute of Petrochemical Technology, such as hydrotreating, hydrotreating and hydrodewaxing, MCI (maximal diesel cetane number) and MHUG (medium pressure hydrogenation) The above process is applied to the production of clean diesel from inferior diesel. In order to process Lu Ning Pipeline crude oil as an example, technical and economic indexes of the four processes of diesel processing were compared. Hydrogenation and hydrotreating hydrodewaxing process diesel sulfur content of 0.04%, average cetane number 4 5, can only meet the current product quality requirements; and MCI and MHUG sulfur content of diesel fuel Was 0.22%, with an average cetane number of over 50. Despite the increase in investment, the production flexibility was high, meeting the current and future requirements of cleaner products.
