目前小学语文教学目标存在着“拿来主义”现象突出,“套化”现象严重,“虚化”现象普遍等问题。从某种意义上来讲,教学目标的实质就是学习目标,教学设计虽然以教什么、如何教为研究对象,但却以学什么、如何学为核心的。教学目标指导教学设计的过程,实际上是制约教师从学生角度出发,运用学习原理来设计教学的过程。之所以今天我在这里研究如何确定“基于课程标准的教学目标”这一问题,首先是因为教学目标具有指导测量
