本试验主要研究了白菜型油菜品种间和自交系间的杂种优势效应。 6个白菜型油菜品种间的 15个组合产量测定结果 ,除 3个组合具有正向超亲优势外 (优势率为 1 4%、6 0 %和8 4% ) ,其余组合均表现为负向超亲优势。 4个自交系间 12个杂交组合产量测定结果 ,9个组合具有正向超亲优势 ,其中 5个组合的超亲优势达 2 5 0 %~ 96 4%。它们中有 3个组合具有超标准品种优势 (优势率在 13 58%~ 35 80 %之间 )。表明白菜型油菜品种间可利用的杂种优势潜力较小 ,而自交系间杂种优势明显 ,应用潜力较大
The main purpose of this experiment is to study the heterosis effect between different rapeseed cultivars and inbred lines. The results of 15 combinations tests of 6 cabbage rape cultivars showed positive super-pro-dominant (the dominant rates were 14%, 60% and 84%), while the other combinations showed negative Super-parents advantage. The results of the yield test of 12 cross combinations among 4 inbred lines showed that 9 combinations had positive super-heterosis, of which 5 combinations had 250 ~ 964% super-parents. Three of them have the superiority of over standard varieties (the dominant rate is between 13 58% and 35 80%). The results showed that the available heterosis potential of Brassica campestris var. Chinensis was smaller, but the heterosis in inbred lines was obvious and had great potential for application
