Traditional Chinese sports culture is an important part of Chinese traditional culture. She has a long history and colorful content. She is not only the crystallization of the excellent Chinese sports culture, but also the result of the Chinese nation’s active absorption of the best sports culture in the world. Chinese traditional sports culture has rich connotation and characteristics, and the PE educators must undertake the important task of inheriting and carrying forward.
