研究了程潮铁矿球团除尘灰的理化性质,以及除尘灰配比对生球质量与成品球抗压强度的影响。结果表明:随着除尘灰配用量增加,生球落下强度、抗压强度和爆裂温度以及成品球抗压强度都呈降低的趋势。从造球性能以及生球、成品球质量考虑,除尘灰的最大添加量不宜超过4%,此时,生球落下强度和抗压强度分别可达到4.6次/0.5 m和12.1 N/个,爆裂温度为580℃,成品球抗压强度可达到1842 N/个,基本满足球团生产要求。
The physico-chemical properties of dust-removing dust in Chengchao iron ore pellet and the effect of dust-dusting on the quality of pellets and the compressive strength of finished ball were studied.
