初中英语阅读训练以学习语言知识为主,教师借助所学课文的语言材料来学习语音、词汇和语法,配以一定练习来巩固所学知识。学生只停留在片断性知识上,割裂了对语篇这一文章整体的深层理解。强调课程从学生的学习兴趣、生活经验和认知水平出发,倡导体验、实践、参与、合作与交流的学习方式和任务型的教学途径,发展学生的综合语言运用能力,使语言学习的过程成为学生形成积极的情感体验、主动思维、提高跨文化意识和形成自主学习能力的过程。重视语言信息在阅读中的积极作用,对提高中学生英语阅读能力非常有益。
