近来广西承接东部产业转移的势头越来越引起人们关注,在这当中,除了一些起步较早基础较好的县市已经取得显著进展外,更有像平南这样的农业大县,在下大力气发展特色产业、努力使农民增收有更大突破的同时,也把承接东部产业转移作为当务之急,并以作风效能建设大力改善软环境,全力构筑东部产业转移新平台。
