小儿花剥苔临床较为常见。包括地图舌、剥苔两种舌象。通过临床中30例小儿花剥苔的治疗研究分析,认为地图舌、剥苔(花剥苔)的病机多是阴精亏虚、气血瘀滞。故笔者采用养阴补肾、益气活血、健脾养胃益苔之法,自拟花剥苔方治疗该病30例,并与单纯西药消炎、补充维生素、助消化等治疗的30例进行对比,获效满意,现报告如下。1临床资料
