乡镇中学教师大量流出的问题是近年来农村教师队伍建设中遇到的突出问题之一。教师职业承诺的水平是预测其流动水平及去留倾向的最好指标之一。通过调查,本文了解了延边州乡镇初中教师职业承诺的总体状况;分析和总结了教师的职业承诺的特点和差异因素,从学校管理的角度出发,为提高延边州乡镇教师职业承诺水平提出合理化建议。
The problem of mass outflow of middle school teachers in towns and cities is one of the outstanding problems encountered in the construction of rural teachers in recent years. The level of a teacher’s professional commitment is one of the best indicators to predict its level of mobility and retention. Through the investigation, this article has learned the general situation of junior middle school teachers ’occupation commitment in Yanbian prefecture; analyzed and summarized the characteristics and differences of teachers’ professional commitment, and put forward reasonable suggestions to improve the vocational commitment of teachers in Yanbian Prefecture from the perspective of school management .
