我是一名近50岁的中年教师,现在的身体仍跟年轻时差不多,经常活跃在校内体育竞赛场上。同事们非常羡慕我健康的身体。有的问我健身秘诀,其实哪有什么秘诀,只不过我每天坚持冷水刷浴,至今已有十余年。所谓刷浴,就是用刷子蘸水先反复细致刷遍全身,然后再进行冷水浴,一年四季从不间断。
I am a middle-aged teacher nearly 50 years old, and now the body is still young or less the same, often active in the school sports arena. Colleagues envy my healthy body very much.
