目的:研究副溶血性弧菌系统性功能基因tdh、toxRS/new、orf8、HU-а、VP2905、MTase在大流行克隆、致病株、非致病株中的分布规律。方法:用定性PCR检测922株副溶血性弧的系统性功能基因tdh、toxRS/new、orf8、HU-а、VP2905、MTase。结果:180株大流行株绝大部分有系统性功能基因,700株非致病菌中6株拥有少部分系统性功能基因。结论:系统性功能基因主要出现在大流行株中,对大流行克隆的形成过程以及致病机制起到了重要作用,致病株及非致病株只拥有系统性功能基因中的个别基因。副溶血性弧菌拥有六个系统性功能基因中的四个及以上,可判定为副溶血性弧菌大流行株。
OBJECTIVE: To study the distribution of systemic functional genes tdh, toxRS / new, orf8, HU-а, VP2905 and MTase in Vibrio parahaemolyticus in pandemic clones, pathogenic and non-pathogenic strains. Methods: The systemic function genes tdh, toxRS / new, orf8, HU-а, VP2905 and MTase of 922 parahemolytic arcs were detected by qualitative PCR. Results: Most of the 180 pandemic strains had systemic genes, and 6 of the 700 non-pathogenic bacteria had a few systemic genes. CONCLUSIONS: Systematic and functional genes mainly occur in pandemic strains, which play an important role in the process of the formation of the pandemic clones and their pathogenesis. Pathogenic and non-pathogenic strains only have individual genes in the systemic functional genes. Vibrio parahaemolyticus has four or more of six systemic genes and can be identified as a V. parahaemolyticus pandemic strain.
