经国务院批准,由国家科委主持召开的全国高新技术产业开发区工作会议,于4月25日至4月29日在北京召开。参加这次会议的有国务院批准建立的27个高新技术产业开发区所在的省、市、自治区、计划单列市人民政府的负责人,省、市科委负责人及各开发区办公室主任。这次会议的主要目的是:认真贯彻落实党中央、国务院关于办好高新技术产业开发区的指示精神,总结交流高新技术产业开发区的工作经验,提出推动高新技术产业开发区健康发展的各项措施,进一步创造有利于高新技术产业发展的环境条件。党中央、国务院对这次会议非常重视。李鹏、李瑞环等党和国家领导人在会议期间接见了参加这次
Approved by the State Council, the National High-tech Industrial Development Zone Working Conference, chaired by the State Science and Technology Commission, was held in Beijing from April 25 to April 29. The leaders of the provincial, municipal and autonomous regions and the people’s governments in the cities specifically designated in the plan, as well as the heads of provincial and municipal science and technology commissions and directors of development zones, attended the meeting with the approval of 27 high-tech industrial development zones established by the State Council. The main purpose of this meeting is to conscientiously implement the directives of the Party Central Committee and the State Council on the operation of Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zones, summarize the work experience of exchanging high-tech industrial development zones, and put forward various proposals to promote the healthy development of Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zones Measures to further create environmental conditions conducive to the development of high-tech industries.
