为提高公民科学素质和建设创新型省份做出应有的贡献,是摆在我们面前的一个重大课题。为此,迫切需要在吸收借鉴国内外科技馆建设先进经验和理论成果的基础上,研究提出符合黑龙江实际的新观念、新思路指导科技馆建设,以实现科技馆在整体水平上的跨越。
To make due contributions to improving the scientific quality of citizens and building an innovative province is an important issue before us. Therefore, it is urgent to study and propose new concepts and ideas that are in line with the actual situation in Heilongjiang Province based on the reference of the advanced experiences and theoretical achievements in the construction of science and technology museums at home and abroad. The new ideas should guide the construction of science and technology museums so as to achieve the overall levitation of science and technology museums.
