加入WTO之后 ,国内金融市场在江、浙一带接连发生了两起轰动事件 ,即花旗银行和爱立信事件。这两起事件引起了金融界的广泛关注 ,同样也在保险界引起了不小的震动 ,即如何尽快调整经营思路 ,细化寿险市场 ,吸引高端客户。这对国内保险业来说 ,就是要在开发高端客户上实施两个新突破 ,一是调整增员思路 ,整合销营渠道 ;二是以差异化服务培养客户的忠诚度。只有这样 ,才能以高素质的销售队伍去占领高端市场 ,以差异化服务吸引更多的客户 ,以增强保险公司的市场信誉 ,获得更大的社会效益和经济效益。
After joining the WTO, the domestic financial markets in the river, Zhejiang area occurred after two sensational events, namely Citibank and Ericsson incident. These two events aroused widespread concern in the financial sector. It also caused quite a stir in the insurance industry. That is, how to adjust business ideas as soon as possible, refine the life insurance market and attract high-end customers. This is for the domestic insurance industry, it is necessary to implement two new breakthroughs in the development of high-end customers, one is to adjust the idea of adding members to integrate sales channels; the second is to cultivate customer loyalty with differentiated services.
