体校文化教学由于受教育环境、办学体制、学生对象及读训矛盾等诸多因素的影响,文化教学面临严峻挑战。学生学习文化成绩不理想,学习的自觉性和自信心逐步丧失,教学工作成效受到严重质疑。学生考试评价制度需要是正确的,更需要是积极的;不仅是体现一种结果,更要体现过程和发展;不仅是一种检测手段,更是促进学生学习的催化剂。
Because of the influence of many factors such as education environment, school system, student object and conflict of reading and training, the culture and teaching of physical education in colleges and universities face severe challenges. Students’ academic performance is not ideal, learning consciousness and self-confidence are gradually lost, and the effectiveness of teaching is seriously questioned. Students need to test the evaluation system is correct, but also need to be positive; not only reflect a result, but also to reflect the process and development; not only a means of detection, but also to promote student learning catalyst.
