今年是庞薰琹先生诞辰93年和逝世14年,按年序,既不逢五也不应十,但各地纪念他的活动仍绵绵不绝,这是因为他平凡而坎坷的一生给人们留下很值得缅怀的精神,他的思想和业绩有很多值得研究的价值,让我们从中继承、借鉴和发扬。庞先生是一位画家,但从他有生的三分之二的经历来看,莫若称他是艺术教育家,是我国工艺美术教育的开拓者和创业人。他的贡献不仅是为新中国筹建了一所工艺美术学院,培养了成批的艺术设计人才,而且由于他的工作,带动振兴了建国后我国整个的工艺美术事业,并为全国各层次的工艺美术教育树立了楷模,影响是深远的。
This year is the birthday of Mr. Pang Xunxu and his death for 93 years. According to the time sequence, neither Mr. Wu nor Mr. X is commemorated. However, his commemoration of his activities is still going on endlessly because of his extraordinary and bumpy life. It is worth recalling the spirit that many of his thoughts and achievements deserve to be studied, so that we can inherit, learn from and carry forward it. Mr. Pang is an artist. However, from the experience of two thirds of his life, Mo said that he is an art educator and is a pioneer and entrepreneur in arts and crafts education in China. His contribution not only for the founding of New China Institute of Arts and Crafts, training a large number of art and design talent, and because of his work, led to rejuvenate the country after the founding of our entire arts and crafts, and for all levels of the country’s arts and crafts Art education has set an example, the impact is far-reaching.
