观察和分析具体的价值冲突事件,是认识、理解和解决学校教育中价值冲突问题的起点。文章通过分析“该不该自曝班丑”这则价值冲突案例,探究教育者应如何开展更具实际意义的价值教育。教育者不能简单地肯定或否定不同立场学生的想法,应了解不同学生的价值逻辑;要弘扬诚实美德,理解“目的善”和“手段善”;引导学生以正当手段维护群体利益,寻找更好的解决方式。
