目的:为了解尿毒症患者体感诱发电位的变化及血液透析对其影响的临床意义。方法:用DISA-Neuromatic2000-c型神经肌电图仪检查29例尿毒症血液透析患者不同透析阶段之SEP各波(P1、N1、P2、N2)潜伏期的值,并与患者Scr及K+、Na+、Ca++进行相关性检测。结果:尿毒症患者血液透析前SEP潜伏期普遍延长,其异常发生率为83%,与正常比较有明显差异(P<0.001),透析后有改善(P<0.05),但长期血液透析患者SEP潜伏期与透析前比较并无差异。结论:尿毒症患者SEP潜伏期与其Scr呈正相关,与K+、Na+、Ca++无相关性,血液透析对尿毒症患者并发神经病变有近期疗效。
Objective: To understand the changes of somatosensory evoked potentials in uremic patients and the clinical significance of hemodialysis. Methods: The latency of SEP wave (P1, N1, P2, N2) in 29 hemodialysis patients with uremia hemodialysis was examined by DISA-Neuromatic 2000-c electromyography. The results were compared with Scr and K +, Na + , Ca + + correlation test. Results: The latent period of SEP before hemodialysis was generally prolonged. The abnormal rate of SEP was 83%, which was significantly different from normal (P <0.001) Dialysis patients SEP latency and no difference before dialysis. Conclusion: The latent period of SEP in patients with uremia is positively correlated with its Scr, but not with K +, Na +, Ca + +. Hemodialysis has a short-term curative effect on patients with uremia complicated with neuropathy.
