2003年10月20日-21日,铁道科学研究院在北京组织召开了《城市轨道交通车辆组装后的检查与试验规则》讨论稿研讨会。建设部标准定额研究所、地铁与轻轨研究中心、北京地铁集团公司、北京地铁设计研究所、广州地铁总公司、上海地铁总公司、上海地铁建设公司、株洲电力机车厂、株洲电力机车研究所、同济大学、南车四方机车车辆股份有限公司、四方车辆研究所、大连机车车辆厂、南京浦镇车辆厂等参加了会议。建设部标准定额研究所及铁科院的主管领导到会并讲了话。
From October 20 to October 21, 2003, the Academy of Railway Sciences organized a seminar on the discussion draft of “Inspection and Test Rules for Assembled Urban Rail Vehicles” in Beijing. Ministry of Construction standard fixed value research institute, subway and light rail research center, Beijing Metro Group Corporation, Beijing Metro Design Institute, Guangzhou Metro Corporation, Shanghai Metro Corporation, Shanghai Metro Construction Corporation, Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Works, Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Research Institute, Tongji University, CSR Sifang Locomotive and Rolling Stock Co., Ltd., Sifang Vehicle Research Institute, Dalian Locomotive and Rolling Stock Plant, Nanjing Puzhen Vehicle Factory attended the meeting. The Ministry of Construction standard fixed-rate Institute and the leadership of the Iron Academy of Sciences arrived at the meeting and spoke.
