近年来,国际国内经济形势的压力加剧,煤炭企业的经营遇到了一定的困难。煤炭企业传统上重视思想政治工作,在不同的历史时期思想政治工作为企业发展发挥了巨大作用。在当前煤炭企业经营普遍遭遇困境的情形下,要进一步加强思想政治工作,苦练内功,切实提高思想政治工作的实效性,为企业生产经营服务,不断开创煤炭企业加快科学发展的新局面。
