73例高热内毒素血症患者随机分两组,治疗组51例单用热毒平胶囊治疗,22例用抗生素为主的综合治疗,经治3日热毒平组患者的体温开始下降时间、体温复常时间、血浆内毒素定量测定均较对照组显著为快或低,显效率(78.4%)也较对照组(40.9%)显著为高。10例自愿受试者服用热毒平常用剂量2.5倍连续5日未见明显毒副作用。
Seventy-three patients with hyperthermia endotoxemia were randomly divided into two groups. 51 patients in the treatment group were treated with heat-toxin-containing capsules alone, 22 patients were treated with antibiotics-based comprehensive therapy, and the body temperature of patients in the heat-toxin group began to decline after treatment for 3 days. The time of normal temperature and plasma endotoxin quantification were significantly faster or lower than those of the control group, and the markedly effective rate (78.4%) was also significantly higher than that of the control group (40.9%). 10 volunteers taking 2.5 times the usual dose of heat toxicity level for 5 consecutive days without obvious toxic side effects.
