本文评述近10年来急性白血病免疫治疗的进展,同时根据一些新的概念,对免疫治疗作进一步探讨。所有动物实验的结果都说明:只有在宿主的肿瘤负荷很小时,免疫疗法才能取得成功的抗肿瘤效应。因而法国的Mathe认为:在白血病的缓解期,进行这方面的研究是比较理想的。此外,在混合细胞培养的研究中还显示:人类白血病细胞的表面成分,具有一些类似肿瘤特异性移植性抗原(TSTA),这为采用灭活的白血病细胞作特异性主动免疫治疗提供了理论依
This article reviews the progress of immunotherapy for acute leukemia in the past 10 years and further explores immunotherapy based on some new concepts. The results of all animal experiments show that immunotherapy can achieve successful anti-tumor effects only when the host’s tumor burden is low. Therefore, France’s Mathe believes that: in the remission of leukemia, the study carried out in this area is more ideal. In addition, studies in mixed cell cultures also showed that the surface composition of human leukemia cells has some tumor-specific transplanted antigens (TSTAs) that provide a theoretical basis for specific active immunotherapy with inactivated leukemia cells
