“临床名家谈”刊行以来 ,深受各地读者欢迎。不少读者来信 ,希望能多刊登一些关于常见肾脏病诊断治疗的方案 ,便于在临床工作中作参考 ;但也反映从国外直接转载来的“Guideline” ,往往与我国国情不符合 ,最好是本国工作经验的积累。有鉴于此 ,本刊从本期起在“医学继续教育”栏内 ,选登解放军肾脏病研究所总结制订的“常见肾脏病诊治规范”。这是该所多年来工作的积累 ,原本是为他们自己的医务人员提供一种工作规范。但本着它山之石可以攻玉的宗旨 ,本刊加以选登 ,其目的在于提供信息 ,让广大的读者可以从中得到借鉴。更可以集思广益 ,互相交流 ,商榷切磋 ,以促进我国肾脏病诊疗水平的提高
