目的探讨肺癌组织中糖转运蛋白1(glucose transporter1,GLUT1)、多药耐药相关蛋白(multi-drug resistance related protein,MRP)和谷胱甘肽S转移酶-π(glutathione S-transferasepi,GST-π)的表达及其相关性。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测42例(其中男28例,女14例;平均年龄54.7岁。分型:小细胞癌2例,鳞癌21例,腺癌16例,细支气管肺泡癌3例)肺癌组织中GLUT1、MRP和GST-π的表达。结果42例肺癌组织中GLUT1阳性表达36例(85.7%);MRP阳性表达24例(57.1%);GST-π阳性表达23例(54.8%)。GLUT1表达与GST-π蛋白表达呈显著正相关性(P<0.05),与MRP表达无相关性(P>0.05)。肺癌组织T3、T4与T1、T2相比GLUT1、MRP和GST-π高表达率均明显增加,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。肺癌组织有淋巴结转移与无淋巴结转移相比,GLUT1、MRP和GST-π高表达率均明显增加,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论GLUT1在肺癌组织中高表达,并与GST-π表达有显著正相关性;GLUT1可能对GST-π的表达起上调作用。GLUT1、MRP和GST-π高表达与肺癌的浸润程度和淋巴结转移有关。
Objective To investigate the expression of glucose transporter1 (GLUT1), multi-drug resistance related protein (MRP) and glutathione S-transferase (GST- π) expression and its correlation. Methods 42 cases (including 28 males and 14 females with an average age of 54.7 years) were examined by immunohistochemical method. There were 2 cases of small cell carcinoma, 21 cases of squamous cell carcinoma, 16 cases of adenocarcinoma and 3 cases of bronchioloalveolar carcinoma. Expression of GLUT1, MRP and GST-π in lung cancer. Results The positive expression of GLUT1 in 42 cases of lung cancer was 36 (85.7%). The positive expression of MRP in 24 cases (57.1%) and the positive expression of GST-π in 23 cases (54.8%). There was a significant positive correlation between GLUT1 expression and GST-π protein expression (P <0.05), but no correlation with GLP expression (P> 0.05). The high expression rates of GLUT1, MRP and GST-π in T3, T4 and T1, T2 of lung cancer tissues were significantly increased (P <0.05). The positive rates of GLUT1, MRP and GST-π were significantly higher in patients with lung cancer than those without lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). Conclusion GLUT1 is overexpressed in lung cancer tissues and has a significant positive correlation with GST-π expression. GLUT1 may up-regulate the expression of GST-π. The high expression of GLUT1, MRP and GST-π is related to the infiltration of lung cancer and lymph node metastasis.
