高校学报是“由高等学校主办的,以反映本校教学科研成果为主的综合性的学术理论刊物”。它以学校教学科研为服务对象,以在各高校和科研单位之间进行学术交流为目的。因为它在一定程度上,反映着一个学校教学科研活动的基本面貌。因而被广泛地认为是“反映学校教学和科研水平的窗口”,但近年来的事实表明,学报的学术质量与学校的学术水平并不是同一概念。
College journals are “comprehensive academic academic journals sponsored by institutions of higher learning to reflect the results of teaching and research in our university.” It is the school teaching and research as a service object, with the purpose of academic exchanges between universities and research institutes. Because to some extent, it reflects the basic features of a school teaching and research activities. It is widely regarded as a “window reflecting the level of teaching and research in schools.” However, the facts in recent years show that the academic quality of a journal is not the same concept as that of a school.
