运用离子镀的方法,在Cr12MoV模具钢表面制备了氮化钛涂层,用磨损试验机进行了涂层的磨损试验和磨损寿命试验,测量了涂层硬度,分析了镀膜工艺参数对涂层耐磨性的影响,发现基体温度和氮气分压是主要影响因素。
Titanium nitride coating was prepared on the surface of Cr12MoV mold steel by ion plating method. The wear test and wear life test of the coating were carried out by wear tester. The hardness of the coating was measured. The influence of coating process parameters on the coating resistance The impact of grinding, found that the substrate temperature and nitrogen partial pressure are the main factors.
