文章通过分析扬州市乡村医生待遇及养老保障的现状,提出乡村医生后继乏人的问题,强调只有通过转变乡村医生身份,畅通补充渠道,提高待遇等措施,才能牢固卫生网底,保证群众健康。
By analyzing the treatment and pension security status of rural doctors in Yangzhou City, the article puts forward the problem of rural doctors’ lack of successors and emphasizes that only by changing the status of rural doctors, unblocking supplementary channels and raising treatment, can we solidly secure the network and ensure the health of the masses.
