一今年一月国务院批转教育部《面向21世纪教育振兴行动计划》,要求各级政府认真贯彻执行。人们普遍认为,这个计划是世纪之交我国全面实施科教兴国战略,迎接新世纪知识经济挑战采取的一项重大战略举措;是在落实《教育法》及《中国教育改革和发展纲要》基础上提出的跨世纪教育改革和发展的施工蓝图,具有很强的可操作性。
In January this year, the State Council approved the MOE “Action Plan for 21st Century Education Revitalization” and demanded that all levels of government conscientiously implement it.
