成组技术(GT)是先进制造技术(AMT)的一种单项技术,它普遍适用于机械制造行业,特别适用于汽车制造企业。成组技术是以相似性理论为指导,挖掘、标识、利用多品种生产中的相似规律,综合利用现代科技手段,优化信息流、物质流,改善生产的时间和空间组织结构。全方面应用成组设计、成组工艺、成组管理等技术将有助于提高企业的技术水平和管理水平,也有助于提高生产效率和降低成本。
Group Technology (GT) is a single technology advanced manufacturing technology (AMT), it is generally applicable to the mechanical manufacturing industry, especially for automotive manufacturers. Based on the similarity theory, grouping technology excavates, identifies and uses the similar rules in multi-species production, and makes comprehensive use of modern scientific and technological means to optimize the information flow and material flow and improve the time and space organizational structure of production. All-round application of group design, group technology, group management and other technologies will help improve the technical level of enterprises and management level, but also help to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.
