《北京市人民防空工程和普通地下室安全使用管理办法》已经2004年11月16日市人民政府第33次常务会议审议通过,现予公布,自2005年1月1日起施行。
The Measures for the Administration of Safe Use of Civil Air Defense Projects and Common Basements of Beijing Municipality were reviewed and approved by the 33rd executive meeting of the Municipal People’s Government on November 16, 2004 and are hereby promulgated and will come into force on January 1, 2005.
