胎儿生物物理检测为产前评价胎儿安危可靠而准确的方法。步骤为:先做动态超声扫描记录胎儿紧张度(FT)、胎动(FM)、胎儿呼吸(FBM)和羊水量(AFV),随后做非应激试验(NST)。Platt报告,本法阳性者明显改进了胎儿异常的预测结果。本研究旨在观察B超监测变异对NST的影响及报据B超结果选择做NST。本研究连续观察2,712例高危妊娠(46例双胎),共行2,758次B超评分,平均胎龄为36.4±1.4周(22~44周)。合并症以胎儿宫内生长迟缓(IUGR)、妊毒症、糖尿病、过期妊娠多见。 2,712例妊娠共行B超检查7,851次(人均2.9次)。其中,FT、FM、FBM和AFV四项均正常者7,663次,一项异常者153次,二项异常者16次,三项15次,四项4次。四项变量按其发生异常的频
Fetal biophysical testing for prenatal assessment of fetal safety reliable and accurate method. The procedure consisted of dynamic ultrasound scanning of fetal tension (FT), fetal movement (FM), fetal respiration (FBM) and amniotic fluid volume (AFV) followed by a non-stress test (NST). Platt reports that positive individuals in this method have significantly improved the prediction of fetal abnormalities. This study aimed to observe the impact of B-monitoring variation on NST and report the results of B-ultrasound to choose NST. In this study, 2,712 high-risk pregnancies (46 twins) were observed continuously for a total of 2,758 B-ultrasound scores with an average gestational age of 36.4 ± 1.4 weeks (range 22-44 weeks). Comorbidities to intrauterine growth retardation (IUGR), pregnancy poisoning, diabetes, pregnancy more common. 2,712 pregnancies performed B-ultrasound 7,851 times (2.9 times per capita). Among them, FT, FM, FBM and AFV four were normal 7,663 times, an abnormal 153 times, two anomalies 16 times, three 15 times, four 4 times.
