目的探讨临床上糖尿病治疗时的合理用药。方法对服用磺脲类、双胍类药物、阿卡波糖及胰岛素治疗后的降糖效果和不良反应的发生进行综述。结果第二代磺脲类药物降血糖效果明显,不良反应发生少,为临床上2型糖尿病治疗广泛使用的药物。结论临床药师、医师必须严格掌握降糖类药物的适应证,避免滥用药物。
Objective To investigate the rational use of drugs in the treatment of clinical diabetes. Methods The occurrence of adverse reactions and hypoglycemic effects after taking sulfonylureas, biguanides, acarbose and insulin were reviewed. Results The second generation of sulfonylureas has obvious hypoglycemic effect and few adverse reactions, which is widely used in clinical treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Conclusion Clinical pharmacists and physicians must strictly control the indications of hypoglycemic agents and avoid drug abuse.
