医院是应急医学救援任务的主要承担机构,面对各种突发公共事件,医院是否能高效有序地开展应急行动,作为应急管理体系建设中组织层面的各类人力资源,起着至关重要的支持与保障作用。余廉[1]教授提出,在应急救援中需要专业的技术支持,还需要专业的应急医护人员与专业的应急管理人员的保障。因此,在医院工作中,针对突发公共事件突发、偶然等特点,应加强对总值班人员的培训,提高其应急处理能力。
