目的:探讨补充外源性谷氨酰胺(Gln)对运动机体抗氧化能力的影响。方法:采用大鼠力竭性游泳运动方式,通过补充Gln对比实验,观察力竭运动后18小时大鼠肝组织中丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量的变化。结果:(1)肝组织MDA含量单纯运动组显著高于安静对照组(P<0.01),补充Gln运动组变化不明显,补 充Gln运动组显著低于单纯运动组(P<0.01)。(2)单纯运动组肝组织GSH含量显著低于安静对照组(P<0.01),补充Gln运动组显著高于单纯运动组(P<0.05)。(3)肝组织SOD活力:单纯运动组显著高于安静对照组(P<0.05),补充Gln运动组变化不明显补充Gln运动组显著低于单纯运动组(P<0.01)。结论:补充外源性Gln有助于维持运动后肝组织中GSH水平,增强其抗氧化损伤能力,减轻肝组织中的脂质过氧化反应
Objective: To investigate the effects of supplemental glutamine (Gln) on the anti-oxidative capacity of motor and body. Methods: By means of exhaustive swimming exercise in rats, glutamine (GSH), superoxide dismutase (SOD) content changes. Results: (1) The content of MDA in liver tissue of rats in exercise group was significantly higher than that in quiet exercise group (P <0.01), while the activity of Gln in exercise group was not significantly changed (P <0.01) ). (2) The content of GSH in liver tissue of exercise group was significantly lower than that in quiet control group (P <0.01). The Gln exercise group was significantly higher than that of simple exercise group (P <0.05). (3) The activity of SOD in the liver tissue in the exercise group was significantly higher than that in the quiet exercise group (P <0.05). The Gln exercise group was not significantly changed with Gln exercise group (P <0.01). Conclusion: Supplementation of exogenous Gln helps to maintain the level of GSH in the liver tissue after exercise, enhances its anti-oxidative damage ability and reduces the lipid peroxidation in liver tissue
