一、概况根据国家科委和铁道部指示,由中国铁道学会、铁道部科学研究院、国际泥沙培训中心、成都铁路局联合筹办的“1991年泥石流洪水灾害防御国际学术讨论会”,于去年10月14～20日在四川峨眉召开。会议由组委会主任、铁道科学研究院副院长周宏业同志主持,铁道部总工程师、铁道学会副理事长沈之介同志作了重要讲话,组委会顾问铁道部原副部长廖诗权同志、四川省科协副主席虞文高同志出
I. Overview According to the instruction of the State Science and Technology Commission and the Ministry of Railways, the “1991 International Symposium on the Debris Flow Flood Prevention” jointly organized by China Railway Society, Ministry of Railways, the International Sediment Training Center and Chengdu Railway Bureau, October 14 to 20 held in Sichuan Emei.
