不锈钢中的氮化钛夹杂与基体相比,硬脆性较大。所以在抛光制样过程中易泄尾。且氮化钛边界不明显,用一般的机械抛光较困难。经过实践,我们采用浸入电解抛光液边腐蚀边轻轻抛光的方法,不但去划痕速度快,而且能获得轮廓清晰的氮化钛夹杂和干净的基体(见封面金相图)。
Titanium nitride inclusions in stainless steel compared with the matrix, hard and brittle. So in the process of polished sample easy to drain the tail. Titanium nitride and the boundary is not obvious, with the general mechanical polishing more difficult. Practically, we polished the surface with an immersion electrolytic polishing solution, not only to get a quick scratch, but also to obtain a clear outline of titanium nitride inclusions and a clean substrate (see the cover metallographic picture).
