目的观察纤溶酶相关蛋白t-PA、u-PA、su-PAR、PAI-1、PAI-2在急性白血病中的表达并探讨其临床意义。方法选择25例急性白血病患者作为研究组,22例非白血病患者为对照组。采用ELISA法检测血浆和骨髓液中t-PA、u-PA、su-PAR、PAI-1、PAI-2的水平。结果研究组血浆和骨髓液u-PA、su-PAR、PAI-1、PAI-2均高于健康对照组;研究组血浆t-PA高于对照组,而骨髓液中t-PA指标与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组血液及骨髓液中PAI-1、PAI-2均无差异。治疗后研究组血液和骨髓液中u-PA、su-PAR、PAI-1、PAI-2均有所降低(P<0.05)。将患者按治疗效果不同分为CR、PR、NR三组,预后越差者,u-PA、su-PAR、PAI-1、PAI-2越高。结论急性白血病患者存在纤溶酶系统表达紊乱。检测u-PA、su-PAR、PAI-1、PAI-2对于急性白血病的诊断、疗效及预后判断具有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the expression of plasminogen related protein t-PA, u-PA, su-PAR, PAI-1 and PAI-2 in acute leukemia and to explore its clinical significance. Methods Twenty-five patients with acute leukemia were selected as the study group and 22 non-leukemia patients as the control group. The levels of t-PA, u-PA, su-PAR, PAI-1 and PAI-2 in plasma and bone marrow were detected by ELISA. Results The levels of u-PA, su-PAR, PAI-1 and PAI-2 in plasma and bone marrow of the study group were higher than those in the healthy control group. The t-PA in the study group was higher than that in the control group There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). There was no difference in PAI-1 and PAI-2 between the two groups. The levels of u-PA, su-PAR, PAI-1 and PAI-2 in the blood and bone marrow of the study group decreased after treatment (P <0.05). The patients were divided into CR, PR, NR according to the different treatment effect. The worse the prognosis, the higher u-PA, su-PAR, PAI-1 and PAI-2. Conclusion The patients with acute leukemia have disorder of plasmin system expression. Detection of u-PA, su-PAR, PAI-1, PAI-2 for the diagnosis of acute leukemia, efficacy and prognosis of great significance.
