利用原子力显微镜研究了不同类型金表面的纳米摩擦特性。结果表明,非活性端基修饰前后的阴离子化金表面和沉积单层分子沉积(MD)膜的金表面均有不同程度的润滑作用;而非活性端基修饰可以使其纳米摩擦特性稳定,并且可以显著降低摩擦力。这对于探索开发新型纳米尺度的薄膜润滑技术具有重要意义。
Atomic force microscopy was used to study the nano-tribological properties of different types of gold surfaces. The results show that both the anionic gold surface before and after modification of the inactive end and the gold surface of the deposited monolayer molecular deposition (MD) film have different degrees of lubrication, while the non-active end modification can stabilize the nanofriction characteristics, and Can significantly reduce the friction. This is of great significance for exploring the development of new nanoscale thin film lubrication technology.
