随着因特网技术的发展,网上音视频广播已逐渐成为全国广播电视行业关注的新热点。国家广电总局发展规划中明确提出:积极发展广播影视互联网的宣传工作,增强网络宣传意识,加强网站建设,尽快制定符合我国国情的音视频广播上网总体规划、广播电视系统自治域的域名管理办法和IP地址规划。 为了推动广播电视媒体网站的发展,交流因特网与音视频广播技术,探讨网站建设、运营与管理,经国家广电总局主管部门批准,广播科学研究院在成功举办首届研讨会的基础上,将于2001年12月在云南昆明举办“第二届全国因特网与音视频广播(网上广播)发展研讨会”。为此,特向系统内外各相关单位的技术人员、编播人员和管理人员征稿,欢迎大家踊跃投稿。
