警务区建设是我市社区治安工作的一种重要方式及手段,是基层警务工作的一个重大发展.长期以来,我国的社区治安在现实的运作与发展中已形成自己鲜明的特色,这些特色可总括成以下几下方面:一是彻底的、无条件的全心全意为人民服务;二是专门工作与群众路线相结合,依靠群众搞好社区治安;三是党政重视、各方支持,社会治安形成齐抓共管的局面;四是社会治安任务与社会主义精神文明结合.警务区的建设与实践不仅继承和发扬了我国警务工作的优良传统,同时具体体现了我国社区治安的根本特色.本文从江门市警务区建设的实践出发,重点探讨警务区建设的重大现实意义,同时通过与其他国家警务工作的一些比较,对我国社区治安的重大特色作些简要的阐述,以加深对我国社区治安特色的理性认识,更好地促进我国社区治安及警务工作的进一步发展.

Based on the practice of police district construction in Jiangmen City, this paper focuses on the great practical significance of the construction of police station area. At the same time, through some comparisons with the police work in other countries, it briefly explains the major features of community safety in our country, The rational understanding of the characteristics of public order in our community can better promote the further development of community policing and policing in our country.
