Autumn is in the transitional period between summer and winter. Feeding for children has a dual mission: to compensate for nutrient losses in the summer and to repay the “nutritional debt”; and second, to build a disease prevention nutrition barrier for the sake of safe wintering. First, “debt.” The hot summer approaching 40 degrees Celsius brings a lot of inconvenience, children eat poorly, sleep well, the development of the negative impact of shocking. A survey data show that children’s hemoglobin levels generally lower in September than in May, height and weight growth rate and amplitude are also at the bottom of the year. With the summer and autumn alternating, people’s body functions gradually restored, appetite is up, so for the child to repay the summer owed “nutritional debt” golden time is up.
