目的探讨米非司酮联合血府逐瘀胶囊治疗子宫内膜异位症的疗效。方法将100例门诊确诊为子宫内膜异位症患者随机分为两组,每组各50例,对照组单服米非司酮,观察组同时服用米非司酮和血府逐瘀胶囊,检测血清性激素水平变化情况,评判两组临床疗效,随访24个月,统计复发率。结果对照组和观察组总有效率分别为68%和94%,复发率分别为56%和10%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应均较少。结论米非司酮联合血府逐瘀胶囊是治疗子宫内膜异位症的理想方法 ,能够通过调节血清性激素水平,抑制子宫内膜增生,快速消除不适症状与体征,远期疗效好、复发率低。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of mifepristone combined with Xuefuzhuyu capsule in the treatment of endometriosis. Methods 100 cases of endometriosis diagnosed as endometriosis were randomly divided into two groups of 50 patients in each group, the control group, mifepristone alone, the observation group taking both mifepristone and Xuefu Zhuyu capsules, The changes of serum sex hormone levels were detected, and the clinical efficacy was evaluated. The follow-up was 24 months and the recurrence rate was calculated. Results The total effective rates of the control group and the observation group were 68% and 94% respectively, and the recurrence rates were 56% and 10%, respectively, with significant differences (P <0.05). Two groups of adverse reactions are less. Conclusion Mifepristone combined with Xuefuzhuyu capsule is an ideal method for the treatment of endometriosis. It can regulate the levels of serum sex hormones, inhibit the proliferation of endometrium, quickly eliminate the symptoms and signs of discomfort, long-term curative effect and recurrence rate low.
