一、前言在国内进行数次卫生服务研究之后,专家们在总结经验的基础上,提出要开拓卫生服务研究领域的深度。笔者认为,这一倡导十分及时,只有这样才能使卫生服务研究这一领域得到长足的发展。在此,提出自己的一管之见,供专家们参考。卫生服务研究的深入可以从三个方面来考虑:一是测量工具,二是资料收集技术,三是分析方法。而对于测量工具的研究可归纳为信度和效度两个大问题。下面对卫生服务中的测量问题作深入的分析和探讨。
I. INTRODUCTION After conducting several researches on health services in China, the experts put forward the depth of the field of health service research based on summarizing the experiences. The author believes that this advocacy is very timely, and only in this way can the health service research area achieve significant development. Here, put forward your own opinion, for reference by experts. The in-depth study of health services can be considered from three aspects: first, measurement tools, second, data collection technologies, and third, analysis methods. The research on measurement tools can be summarized as two major issues of reliability and validity. The following is an in-depth analysis and discussion of measurement issues in health services.
